We feel that it is important to let you know that we were notified that an employee from Zipps Gilbert tested positive for Covid-19 and they will be at home quarantining.  The last date that this employee worked was January 12. All employees at this location have been notified.  Our restaurant is thoroughly cleaned every morning by a third-party cleaning company, and we have our own dedicated (cleaning) staff in the restaurant continuously cleaning and sanitizing during hours of business. We will be able to continue to operate.

All employees at both locations have been notified.  Our restaurants are thoroughly cleaned every morning by a third-party cleaning company, and we have our own dedicated (cleaning) staff in the restaurant continuously cleaning and sanitizing during hours of business. We will be able to continue to operate.
