Hot Honey Sweetens (and Spices) Up the Menu at Zipps and Goldie’s

We are shaking up our menu with exciting new additions available starting Thursday, October 30. Many of you love our house-made dressings, and we are adding a new flavor to the lineup that’s sure to create some buzz: hot honey. The new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and Hot Honey Chicken Focaccia are both made with lightly breaded and fried crispy chicken breast, fresh scratch-made coleslaw, pickled jalapenos, chipotle mayo, and, of course, hot honey. The sandwich comes on a bun, while the focaccia has the ingredients rolled in our signature soft, house-made focaccia dough. Hot honey is just as it sounds, a delicious, balanced mix of sweet and spice that has been trending worldwide. Now, we are bringing our own local twist to this flavor sensation.
In addition to the two hot honey entrees, a new Caramelized Onion Burger is being added to our selection of specialty burgers. This new burger features a whopping 9 oz of beef at Zipps and 10 oz at Goldie’s, caramelized onions, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and lettuce.
At Goldie’s only, three new specialty pizzas and a salad are also being introduced:
- Sweet Heat Pizza: House-made hot honey, caramelized onions, cheese mix, apple slices, goat cheese, and fresh arugula.
- Golden Chicken Pizza: Golden sauce base, cheese mix, lightly breaded sliced chicken breast, and ranch.
- Ranch Dip Pizza: Garlic mayo, cheese mix, crispy bacon, baked, and topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and ranch. Served with a side of ranch for dipping.
- Arugula Salad: Fresh apple slices on a bed of arugula with red onions, toasted almonds, creamy goat cheese, and a choice of balsamic or raspberry vinaigrette.
